Extend the discipline vocabulary beyond the RISE list

Problem
The E2ET theory lab draws on personas from mathematics, physics, the life sciences, law and the humanities. One RISE project declares mathematics. None of these fields is in the RISE disciplinary scope.
Change
Add mathematics, physics, life sciences, law and humanities as discipline terms.
Consequences
Persona experts and the affected RISE project are tagged with their own field; RISE VOCABULARY.md would take the same terms.
