About this dataset

This dataset contains the data used in the study "Evaluation of usability and the impact of the digital platform Menopausando in health education for women in menopausal transition and postmenopause". The aim of the study was to evaluate the usability of the Menopausando digital platform and analyze its impact on knowledge about menopausal symptoms, quality of life, and physical activity among women aged 40 years and older.
